The Web Summit is the biggest Conference of its kind in Europe, and fast approaching the top World gatherings for “Where the Tech World Meets”. The biggest names from the biggest startups are present on one of the several stages. Werner Vogels (CTO Amazon), Drew Houston (Founder Dropbox), Brendan Iribe (CEO Oculus VR), Kevin Rose, Tim O’Reilly, Phil Libin (CEO Evernote), Robert Scoble, and Tony Fadell (Founder Nest) are just a small sample of this year’s lineup.
This mega event takes place in Dublin, Ireland from 4 to 6 of November 2014.
Even better, there will be four summits in one: Builders, Enterprise, Marketing and Machine are the names of the different sections of the Web Summit, so you’ll find something that interests you for sure.
I partnered with the event as a blogger, and will be writing a series of posts about it. I’ll be talking to several Portuguese startups that will be present there. Some of the good people who have already agreed to talk to me include Muzzley, Look Ouch, BestTables, and Linkedcare. I will also be writing about the Portuguese startup scene and will, of course, be blogging and tweeting from the Conference come November.
This is an unmissable event if you’re in the Tech business. I attended last year, and am very much looking forward to be one of the expected 20 thousand people who will “invade” Dublin soon.
